Found something wrong, misleading, or potentially illegal on VitRank? This page is the single place to flag it. We respond within 14 days. This is also our notice-and-action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Reg. 2022/2065).

What you can report

  • Incorrect price, dosage, ingredient or stock information
  • Health claims that may breach EU Regulation 1924/2006
  • Suspected unfair commercial practice or misleading ranking
  • Trademark, copyright or image-rights concerns (rights-holders only)
  • Illegal content under EU or Dutch law
  • Privacy / GDPR concerns

How to report

Send an email to info@vitrank.com with the subject line "Report — [topic]" and include:

  • The exact URL of the page concerned
  • The specific text, claim or element you are reporting
  • Why it is incorrect or unlawful (one or two sentences is enough)
  • Your role: visitor, brand, shop, rights-holder, regulator
  • Your contact details so we can confirm and follow up

Reports may be submitted in Dutch or English. Anonymous reports are accepted but cannot be confirmed back to you.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge receipt within 3 working days.
  • We review and either correct, remove, annotate or explain within 14 days.
  • For DSA-qualifying notices we provide a reasoned decision and information on redress.
  • If you disagree with our decision, you can contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) or the Digital Services Coordinator at the ACM.
